The actor’s charisma keeps the formulaic movie afloat, while director Collins displays a flair for action scenes. Go to Full Review

For fans of the actor, it's a chance to see Mel Gibson at his best, proving in his sixties that he can still embody a tough, formidable antihero. [Full review in Spanish] Go to Full Review

Chris T 3d The story has been done better before. A 'loner' in the woods, zero back story but he's 'seen worse!' Buried box of money, no idea how or why it's there. A bit formulaic but if you have a couple of hours after painting a wall....... See more candice o @Hivxx1 3d Took the time to sign up to write this review. The casting is terrible. The person casted to play the role of a teenager looks like a mum with 4 kids. The other so called young room mate looks also like a 40 something year old mum. The story line take what feels like 4 months to get to the point. It's so slow and so boring and casting so terrible I only watched to see if it could actually get any worse. It actually did. It's painful and awkward to watch. I'm sorry I didn't have anything nice to say it buts honestly how I saw it. See more Timothy E @Tnice17 4d Mel Gibson always delivered great movie. Keep going Mel Gibson See more @William888 4d Hunting Season surprised me. I didn’t expect to enjoy it, but the story works and feels grounded. Mel Gibson is excellent and never looks like he’s acting. The father-daughter relationship is warm and believable, with Sofia Hublitz especially strong and a nice cameo from Scarlet Rose Stallone. A solid, quietly effective film. See more Johnny O 5d Watched on a Friday evening with a glass ortwo of wine. Easy viewing and quite enjoyable. Good old Mel Gibson . A long, long way from his hey day in Mad Max 1 & 2 . See more william C. @topTomato 5d Every minute of this movie was good. This movie had some comedy that was dad humor funny. The suspense was measured and always increasing. The story line was complex, interconnected but improved believability but you were never sure about anyone's real motives until the end.
