Before you put meat on the barbecue it is good to clean grills of carcinogenic deposits from previous grilling. To do it you can use just onion. Cut one onion in half, stick fork into one half and clean warmed grill rack with it. After that put chunk of bacon on the fork and grease barbecue with it. It will give nice flavor to your meat.
