When the spinach is drained, transfer it to a cutting board and cut into small dice, or put it in a food processor if you want to make a puree.
Put the cooking oil of your choice into saucepan, heat it up. Add one table spoon of flour, and fry until it gets a light brownish color. Then add the spinach, stir, add the crushed garlic and pour in milk. Season with salt and pepper and cook 5-6 minutes. Towards the end of cooking, add the whole egg and stir it into it.
If some person or child, does not like spinach, try to serve it with yogurt or sour cream over, it makes a huge difference.
For this recipe it is possible to use frozen instead of fresh spinach.
