Spinach is very healthy food, full of antioxidants, vitamins (A, C, E, K, B2, B6), magnesium, folic acid, iron, calcium, potassium, copper, protein, phosphorus, zinc, niacin, selenium and omega – fatty acid.
- 2 – 2 ½ pounds of fresh spinach leaves
- 2 tablespoons of cooking oil
- 1 tablespoonful of flour
- 2 – 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 – 1 ½ cup of milk
- Salt and pepper for seasoning
- One whole egg
- Yogurt or sour cream for serving (optional)
Wash spinach under running water and leave to drain. Pour some water into big saucepan and bring to the boil. Put spinach leaves into boiling water, stir with a wooden spoon, leave for 1-2 minutes, no longer, and pour into a strainer.
