This recipe for no yeast bread is for people who are trying to avoid yeast in their diet, for any reason, but do not want to give up bread all together. But at the same time it is good idea for anybody who wants to try something new.
To make this No Yeast Bread you need these ingredients:
- 3 cups of flour (which is approximately 2 regular coffee mugs, in case that you do not have measuring cups). You can use any kind of flour, it could be whole grain, spelt, rice flour…
- 1 ½ cup (or 1 coffee mug) of kefir (you can also use regular yogurt diluted with a little bit of water, or you can use buttermilk)
- ½ cup (or 1 espresso cup) of cooking oil
- 1 whole egg
- ½ tea spoon of salt
- 1 tea spoon of baking powder
