My Secret Santa is full of potential that is never fully reached, because it is more concerned with being cheap and easy than being actually memorable. Go to Full Review

While the script is, you know, what it is (not much), [Alexandra Breckenridge] is believable and having fun. Which helps us, the audience, have some fun with it along with her. Go to Full Review

It's a movie that leans into the warm, predictable comfort of the genre, even if that comes at the cost of depth or surprises. Go to Full Review

The film is at its best when the focus is on their road to romance, which makes My Secret Santa seem like the one Christmas movie this year that would have benefitted from being less unique and creative. Go to Full Review

It won’t touch your heart or imprint on your soul, you probably won’t even remember watching after a week, but if you are looking for another holiday romance, and you don’t care about how invested you become, this is fine for a casual watch. Go to Full Review

Don't put this inoffensive romcom at the top of your holiday Netflix watch list, but it doesn't deserve to be on the bottom either. Go to Full Review

Gianna C. @giannac11 21h Secret Santa is, without exaggeration, the worst movie I have ever seen in my entire life. Watching it felt less like entertainment and more like a personal punishment. I am genuinely confused about how this film made it past a script draft, let alone onto Netflix. Netflix should remove this immediately and issue apologies to everyone who accidentally pressed play. I want my time back. See more Christian K @ckacar 22h Didn't think it was the worst of these, it has all the bad trappings of the genre but it didn't piss me off any. See more Mattias W 1d If you desperately need to escape any hint of Christmas joy then this is for you… makes you look forward to when this level of movie is all ai generated! See more Horror fan 4 1d Although it's predictable it still had enough laughs for one and all. I especially loved the swapping scene between Taylor and Santa. Tim Treakle See more Crystal M @Clmack 2d Overall it's a perfectly typical easy to watch Christmas movie, but it ruins this with the insulting attempt to make a villain or protagonist out of someone who is actually in the right. The film then makes an embarrassing attempt at resolving this glaring insult in the end. We're expected to accept that someone who deserves and wants the general manager position at the ski resort is the villain for being upset that the Playboy son of the owner is handed the job, so he can pay off his debt. The obvious resolution would be for everyone to realize that this was a mistake and an unfair job placement for him and she would be given the position she deserves. Instead they assign a throwaway line in the last scene to try and resolve that she got screwed, but anyone who has teenagers and is divorced knows this solution would actually be a nightmare, not a dream. Being vague to avoid spoilers. See more Curt D C 3d Central romance is believable and charming enough to make a fun holiday stream. Most other aspects of the film are far less believable - like the "15 year old" daughter and the uproar over a woman playing Santa. See more Read all reviews
