Moscato d’Asti is sweet sparkling wine made from Moscato Bianco grapes. It is refreshing, light taste, and low in alcohol. This is good choice for people who do not like dry wine.

As the shape of glasses in which to serve champagne, the best to use are the tall, skinny, easily breakable flutes. If you do not have them, go for tulip shaped wine glasses.

To open a bottle of a sparkling wine, shake it slowly, put towel over and then uncork. The cork should come off with a quiet sigh. Then pour it to glasses.
