For a lot of women hand masks come in very handy, especially if you exposed your hands to harsh detergents or cleaning products. You may appreciate that hand mask even more if it is natural, made in your kitchen from the ingredients you have in your cabinets.
Before using hand mask, first clean hands and put on a piling made of: 1/4 cup of brown sugar and 1 – 2 teaspoons of cranberry juice. Rub it into skin for a few minutes and then wash with lukewarm water. No soap please!
Hydrating hand mask for smooth hands could be made from ½ of a ripe banana, 1 tablespoon of honey, and 2 tablespoons of sour cream.
Mix all those ingredients and apply that cream in a thick layer all over your hands and cover with a plastic wrap (you can put plastic bag on your hand or plastic gloves).
The longer you keep it on the better results. You should keep it on for at least 15 minutes. But if you can take 1 hour for yourself and watch some movie or TV shows that would be the most ideal situation. I would not recommend reading a book because it would be hard to turn the pages.
After that, wash hands with lukewarm water. No soap again! Your hand will be smooth, silky and soft. Rub them with some hand cream and enjoy.
