Jack's lavish, fast-paced lifestyle changes one Christmas night when he stumbles into a grocery store holdup and disarms the gunman. The next morning he wakes up in bed lying next to Kate, his college sweetheart he left in order to pursue his career, and to the horrifying discovery that his former life no longer exists. As he stumbles through this alternate suburban universe, Jack finds himself at a crossroad where he must choose between his high-power career and the woman he loves.

Just watch it. Its a horror movie. I kept watching this movie from the womens prospective. The way he would speak to her. How he loathed her, I just cant comprehend why she just kept shrugging it off. Then I remembered it was written for that time period where women just sat by while allowing men to have mid life crisis ala "click" and the like. I just kept thinking he doesn't like her he despises her.

Just talking about favorite movies over the holiday and my stepson mentioned he just watched it. Great movie, i saw it one year half way through and then maybe saw it the following year and it has become a family favorite during rhe holidays. Good story and very enjoyable.
