Cauliflower Soup
Add the flour to the soup, add 1 tablespoon of parsley and other seasonings, stir and pour half of the bouillon liquid, blend everything with hand blender.
Now, pour the rest of the bouillon, stir, cover and bring to a boil. Now add heavy whipping cream and let it boil for one minute. Take off the heat and add rest of the parsley.
Cauliflower soup is ready to be served, just transfer it to the tureen and put it on the table. It could be offered with sour cream on a side if somebody wants to add it. Enjoy!
