Characters were all wooden, I didn’t know Cuba Gooding Jr. had fallen on such hard times as to appear in a movie this bad. Hope he cashed the check immediately. I never understand WHY movies are this bad. But if I had to choose- the actors were all not very good. The FBI director was wearing a comical wig. It felt almost like a long skit.
